DIGITAL FILES

• Include a contact name and number of the person directly responsible for the file production of the ad.
• May be provided in either PC or Mac format on CD labeled with the name of the company the ad is created for.
• Because all files must be accompanied by a hard copy proof, files will not be accepted by email.
• The following applications can be used: Quark, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Freehand and inDesign.
• Acrobat PDF files are acceptable if they include bleed (if needed) and crop marks. PDF files must have all fonts embedded. The original files should be 300 dpi in resolution.
• All digital files must be accompanied by fonts and linked graphics. Please run a check that all elements are submitted prior to sending the file. Recommended resolution is 300 dpi for photo files.
• All files must be accompanied by a color proof. You will not be supplied proofs of this ad prior to publication.
• Ads must be received by March 18, 2008.

Please send an EPS Illustrator version of your logo AND a JPEG (or GIF/TIF) version of your logo. We MUST receive BOTH file types of your logo in order for your logo to be included on the many conference material mediums.

Each company presenting at Capital Connection 2008 will have the opportunity to take valuable reference materials provided by the Premier and Signature Sponsors such as: white papers, reports, guides, brochures, research and the like that would be of value to entrepreneurs and management teams who are building technology-focused companies.

Attendee Registration

Your firm's 20 complimentary attendees should be registered by your firm's designated Sponsorship administrator. If you do not know your firm's point of contact, email registration@mava.org for registration information.  MAVA will send an email to each Sponsorship administrator with a private link in order to register their firm's attendees.

Hotel Room Reservation

As a Premier Sponsor of Capital Connection 2008 you are entitled to six (6) hotel rooms for the night of May 27th, 2008 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. You must e-mail the name(s) of your 6 hotel guest attendees to mava@mava.org by Tuesday, May 13th, to hold your reservation.

Corporate Materials/Give-aways for Conference

You will have exhibit space to display company material. You need to gauge quantity based on 750 attendees. (Historically, 300 pieces are adequate). No one from your firm needs to man the space. Our staff will make sure your information is replenished. In the past, we have found that one piece of company material works best. You are responsible for left over material after the event.
