Michele Perry, COO, GetWellNetwork
Michele Perry joined GetWellNetwork in September 2009 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. In her role Perry drives the overall product and company growth strategies to ensure GetWellNetwork’s breakthrough Interactive Patient Care (IPC) solutions best meet the needs of rapidly expanding markets in the digital health arena.
Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Michele served as Chief Marketing Officer for Sourcefire, (Nasdaq: FIRE) a world leader in cybersecurity solutions.
Michele holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School), and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on the advisory boards for technology companies including Eloqua and Zenoss and is a member of the UMBC Research Park Board.
Christine Schaefer, VP, Salsa Labs
In her more than fifteen years of experience, Christine Schaefer has had proven success in B2B and B2G marketing and public relations, most often in the information technology industry. She has won numerous awards including the 2010 Women in Technology Leadership Award, Heroines in Technology, CRN Power 100, and GovMark Council Award for Best Overall Campaign.
Most recently, Christine has joined Salsa Labs, an emerging SaaS company recently backed by VC funding for growth. In her role as VP of Community & Marketing reporting directly to the CEO, she is leading the effort to strengthen the brand as well as customer loyalty and simultaneously drive demand to increase market share.
Christine graduated cum laude from Marymount University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing. She also completed her Master’s of Science degree in Sociology at Auburn University.
DJ Saul, CMO, iStrategyLabs
DJ is the CMO at iStrategyLabs, focusing on new venture creation (see Grandstand), while exploring new partnerships & opportunities for iSL and it's team members. DJ brands, markets, and creates experiences that launch companies, sell products, and connects people and organizations with what they need to succeed. Most recently, he created and facilitates the "International Venture Spa" which brings together startups, innovators and investors from different cities via telepresence technology.
He is a co-organizer for the DC Tech Meetup, is the founder of Colonial Entrepreneurs, and is now a DC Ambassador for Sandbox, a group of 600+ inspirational leaders from 50 countries, under the age of 30.
DJ studied International Affairs at GW, and serves on the GW Alumni Association Communications Committee, as well as mentors several GW startups.
Suresh V. Shenoy, EVP – Marketing, Information Management Consultants
Suresh V. Shenoy is Executive Vice President – Marketing, at Information Management Consultants, Inc., a Virginia based consulting and technology services company.
He serves on the boards of the National Capital region American Red Cross (where he was Chairman for 2009-11) The Kevric Company, IMC Global Services, The Capital IIT Alumni Association, IIT Bombay Heritage Foundation, and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. He was a founding member of the Thomas Jefferson Partnership Fund and served on its board until 2002.He also served on the Board of the Fairfax County Library Foundation and represented Dranesville district on The Fairfax County Information Technology Advisory Committee for six years. Mr. Shenoy has served on numerous technology association boards and most recently served on the Cloud-2 commission for TechAmerica.
Currently, he is on the adjunct faculty of the School of Information Technology & Engineering at George Mason University. Mr. Shenoy has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (1972), and a MBA from the University of Connecticut (1975).
