Full Page Ad

  • Create as a 4 color process color file only. No PMS or spot colors.
  • Trim size: width: 8.5'' (215.9 mm) x depth: 11'' (279.4 mm) 
  • Bleed size creating a .125" bleed on all sides: 8.75'' (222.25 mm) x depth: 11.25'' (285.75 mm)
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
  • Color files must be saved in a CMYK format.
  • PRINT READY PDF FILES ARE PREFERRED with placed crop marks on a file one inch larger than the ad, all fonts embedded or outlined with a native file resolution of 300 dpi. PDF files created from InDesign or Quark need to use Postscript (Type 1) fonts in the native file.
  • The following applications are accepted: Acrobat, Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand and InDesign in either PC or Mac format. Digital files submitted in these formats must be accompanied by all fonts and linked graphics if not embedded. If you are saving from Illustrator or Photoshop, make sure all layers are flattened and fonts outlined.
  • Include a contact name, email and telephone number of the person directly responsible for the file production of the ad.
  • If sending a file other than a pdf - all files (document files, Images, fonts) MUST be placed in a folder and compressed to preserve header information and prevent file corruption.

For Printed Materials, Web Site and Conference Signage

Please send an EPS Illustrator version of your logo AND a JPEG (or GIF/TIF) version of your logo. We MUST receive BOTH file types of your logo in order for your logo to be included on the many conference material mediums.

Files should be sent in one email, compressed using Stuffit for Mac or Zip-It for PC. Using the self-expanding archive (SEA) format is preferable. Send both logo files to Alicia Hawkins at  alicia@mava.org.

Corporate Literature for FastTrack Seminar

Elite, Premier and Signature sponsors have the exclusive opportunity to provide information such as white papers, reports, guides, brochures, research, etc. that would be of value to entrepreneurs and management teams building technology-focused companies.

You will have exhibit space to display company material. You need to gauge quantity based on 750 attendees. (Historically, 300 pieces are adequate). No one from your firm needs to man the space. Our staff will make sure your information is replenished. In the past, we have found that one piece of company material works best. You are responsible for left-over material after the event.

Due to the volume of shipping, please adhere very carefully to the shipping instructions:


Ship Dates: Shipments must be received on or before May 10. No advance shipments to the warehouse will be received after May 13. Any shipments received after May 10 and before or on May 13 will be subject to a 25% late delivery fee. For any questions, contact
